Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our studio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial and hospitality projects, with strong skills in concept development, working drawings, material understanding, and site coordination.
This role requires someone who can translate design intent into execution-ready drawings while collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities1. Design Development
- Contribute to conceptual design and schematic development.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Develop detailed design drawings aligned with project requirements.
2. Working Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare and coordinate working drawings.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in execution drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structure, etc.) for integrated documentation.
3. Site Coordination & Execution
- Conduct site visits and support execution teams.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Resolve on-site design and detailing challenges.
- Ensure projects are executed within timelines and quality standards.
4. Client & Vendor Collaboration
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Assist in material selection and vendor coordination.
- Maintain effective communication across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Experience in commercial and hospitality projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D modeling tools, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of execution processes and site workflows.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Working Days & Timings
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 1st and 3rd Saturdays: Working 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays: Off
