- Own the complete performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns, from awareness to conversion and customer retention.
- Develop audience segmentation, remarketing strategies, and personalized customer journeys.
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and user journeys to maximize conversion rates.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, CRM, Design, and Technology teams to improve digital customer experience.
- Track key growth metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
- Identify new customer acquisition channels, growth opportunities, and emerging digital trends.
- Build dashboards and present weekly and monthly business performance reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team while collaborating with external agencies and partners.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
