Designation: Communication Professional - Voice Process
Shift: UK Hours (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communication Professional to join our growing CRM - Call Service team. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, managing magazine registration processes, and supporting audience engagement initiatives through data driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to enhance engagement and retention strategies.
- Manage magazine registrations and re-registrations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and target audience segments.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to translate customer insights into actionable improvements.
- Oversee address verification processes using structured validation strategies to ensure delivery accuracy.
- Stay updated with CRM tools, industry trends, and best practices to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–1 year of experience in CRM or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong coordination and interpersonal abilities
- Interest in data-driven decision-making and customer engagement strategies
Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
