Job Description:
GetSet Tours and Travels is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Travel Agent to handle travel sales and achieve targets. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to generate and close high-value bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of air tickets, holiday packages, and travel services
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide expert travel advice and customized solutions
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in travel & tourism industry
- Strong sales and target achievement skills (must)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of international and domestic travel products
- Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals
- Experience in ticketing, holidays, and travel operations
Preferred:
- Experience in a travel agency or tour operator
- Knowledge of GDS systems and visa processes
- Leadership or team handling experience is a plus
