We are creating a new operations hub in Bangalore/Hyderabad to support our Corporate Trust business, and we are looking for committed people to join our team at the very start of our Corporate Trust journey in India.
A key part of this role will be collaborating with our onshore teams to service our Corporate Trust business lines and help us to deliver the professional services our clients trust and depend on. We ensure that colleagues around the world have access to the technology and agreed service levels that they need to take care of their clients and their clients’ shareholders, employees, and customers.
A Senior Analytic Specialist is a critical partner in enabling organizations to make informed, data driven decisions. This role focuses on using large and complex datasets to prepare reporting for various lines of business, uncovering meaningful insights and guiding business stakeholders toward strategies that enhance performance, streamline processes, and support long term strategic objectives.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing reporting to multiple lines of business with an emphasis on timeliness and accuracy.
- Collaborating closely with business leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into clear analytical needs.
- Performing root cause analyses and presenting evidence based recommendations to address business challenges.
- Helping stakeholders interpret analytical findings and embed insights into their decision making processes.
- Determines the necessary data sources, identifies quality issues early and ensures they are resolved to reduce delivery risks.
- Presents scenarios, alternatives and recommendations that are aligned with business objectives and real world constraints.
Designs and recommends solutions that are fair, compliant, transparent and explainable.

We are looking for people with these skills:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent with 3 years experience in data analytics, finance or accounting
- Strong proficiency in MS Access, and MS Excel while demonstrating standard reporting strategies.
- Ability to quickly and clearly communicate with and provide updates to key stakeholders on current initiatives and assignments.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience working with various business intelligence tools including: Power BI, Business Objects, QlikView or Qlik Sense.
Experience with reporting in relation to Corporate Trust products and services.
