Unit Manager – Quality & Outsourced Operations
Location: India | Experience: 10+ Years | Work Mode: Full-Time, Work from Office
We are looking for a senior Pharma professional with strong experience in Quality Assurance, outsourced/vendor management and pharmaceutical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outsourced activities, external vendors and strategic partners (international)
- Ensure quality, compliance, documentation and timely delivery of outsourced services.
- Coordinate with QA, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage vendor qualification, audits, quality agreements, CAPA and performance monitoring.
- Support global health, international or donor-funded projects and coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS, management reports, presentations and project updates.
- Drive operational improvements and provide strategic inputs to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare.
- Strong exposure to QA + Outsourced Operations/Vendor Management.
- Commercial, Sales & Marketing or Business Development exposure preferred.
- Experience with Global Health / International / Donor-funded projects will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and MS Office skills.
- Should be comfortable with 100% office-based full-time work.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
