Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and organized Tender Manager to manage the complete tendering and bidding process for the organization. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids while maintaining compliance with client requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and business opportunities from government and private portals.
- Handle the complete tender lifecycle from document collection to final submission.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Review tender eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Management for required inputs and approvals.
- Manage online tender submissions through GEM, e-procurement portals, and other bidding platforms.
- Prepare presentations, company profiles, compliance sheets, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and communicate with clients for clarification and follow-up.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, and ongoing opportunities.
- Track tender status, contracts, renewals, and client communications.
- Support business development activities to increase project acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding company services, project capabilities, proposals, and tender-related discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Tender Management or Bid Management.
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures and documentation.
- Experience handling government and private sector tenders.
- Knowledge of GEM portals and e-tendering platforms is preferred.
- Excellent documentation, proposal writing, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and documentation tools.
