What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to residential and business customers in Australia.
- Understand customer energy usage and recommend suitable electricity and gas plans.
- Explain product benefits, pricing, and available offers.
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Lead/Sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts to improve performance continuously.

Who We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Australian Energy Sales experience.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable working Morning Shifts.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn performance incentives.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
