Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented, and student-focused Tele Counselor to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling prospective student inquiries, converting leads into admissions, maintaining strong follow-up communication, and delivering an excellent counseling experience over phone, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling
- Contact prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain Japanese language courses, study abroad programs, SSW opportunities, and career pathways in Japan.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Guide students and parents through the admission process.
Lead Management
- Handle leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
- Update inquiry status, follow-up notes, and student details after every interaction.
- Ensure timely follow-up until admission closure.
Admission Support
Pay: ₹8,879.34 - ₹18,000.00 per month
