Core ResponsibilitiesCurriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and prepare daily lesson plans, units, and instructional materials aligned with educational standards and school policies.Instruction & Classroom Management: Deliver engaging lectures and activities while establishing clear behavioral expectations and a supportive classroom culture.Assessment & Evaluation: Create, assign, and grade tests, quizzes, and projects; track individual student progress and report findings.Student Support: Provide one-on-one or differentiated instruction to accommodate students with diverse learning abilities and special needs.Parent & Community Communication: Regularly update parents or guardians on academic performance and behavioral milestones via meetings, emails, and progress reports.Extracurriculars: Supervise students during non-teaching hours and assist with school events, clubs, or field trips.Key Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written skills to clearly convey complex concepts and communicate effectively with diverse groups.Patience & Empathy: Ability to handle behavioral challenges with calmness and connect with students on a personal level.Organization: Strong time-management skills to balance teaching, grading, planning, and administrative duties.
