Creative Future Migration Consultant is looking for a motivated and results-driven Visa Counselor (Sales) to guide prospective clients through their immigration and visa options while achieving monthly sales goals. This is a hybrid role that combines client counseling, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective clients.
- Conduct professional visa eligibility assessments.
- Explain visa pathways, documentation requirements, timelines, and fees.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the case processing team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships and encourage referrals from satisfied clients.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and visa regulations.
Monthly Sales Target
- Minimum Target: 5 new paid clients per month.
- Maintain a healthy lead follow-up ratio and timely client communication.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets based on company pricing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Convert a minimum of 5 clients per month.
- Follow up with all assigned leads within 24 hours.
- Maintain CRM accuracy of at least 95%.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration, education, or visa counseling sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills. Punjabi is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
