We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive to manage B2B sales enquiries for electronics products. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with dealers, distributors, resellers, and business customers, understanding their requirements, sharing product details, and converting enquiries into sales.
This role requires strong follow-up skills, good communication, and the ability to build long-term relationships with B2B customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming B2B sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
- Speak with dealers, distributors, resellers, and business buyers.
- Explain product features, pricing, margins, schemes, and availability.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into orders.
- Share quotations, product catalogues, and required sales documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, payment, and dispatch updates.
- Maintain lead status, follow-up records, and sales updates in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, telesales, or channel sales.
- Experience in electronics, appliances, electrical, consumer durables, or related products preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to handle B2B customers professionally.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dealer or distributor sales.
- Ability to handle bulk order discussions.
- Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and channel sales process.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
