Job Title: Package Consultant – Domestic & International
Job Summary:
The Package Consultant is responsible for handling domestic and international holiday packages, understanding client requirements, preparing customized itineraries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries and sell holiday packages.
· Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
· Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners.
· Manage bookings, travel documentation, and visa assistance.
· Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Provide pre-travel and post-travel support to clients.
· Handle B2B, B2C also.
Requirements:
· Graduate with experience in travel and tourism.
· Knowledge of domestic and international destinations solely.
· Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office.
· Experience of 3 to 4 years.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
