Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and proactive Front Office cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations while supporting recruitment and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and employees
- Handle calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
- Ensure reception area is organized and presentable
HR Support
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist HR team with recruitment-related tasks
Administrative Support
- Manage meeting room arrangements and office coordination
- Support office operations including supplies, vendors, and logistics
- Assist admin team with day-to-day activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
Preferred
- Positive attitude and good people-handling skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
