We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliances applicable to Private Limited Companies. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensuring timely compliance, and supporting management in financial decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory requirements, and the ability to independently handle client accounts and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete accounting and finance functions for Private Limited Companies and other business entities.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C and related reconciliations.
- Handle TDS compliance, including monthly returns, payments, reconciliations, and related matters.
- Have working knowledge of Income Tax compliance, including advance tax, tax computations, ITR preparation, and assessments.
- Handle ROC/MCA compliances applicable to Private Limited Companies, including annual filings and routine statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and other professional advisors.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, budgets, cash-flow projections, fund-flow statements, and management reports.
- Review ledgers, reconciliations, receivables, payables, and other financial schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Identify accounting and compliance issues and provide practical solutions.
- Support management in financial planning, cost control, working capital management, and business analysis.
- Handle multiple client assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting team members where required.
- Keep updated with changes in GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, accounting standards, and other applicable regulations.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Good practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliances.
- Good understanding of Private Limited Company accounting and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of MCA/ROC filings and corporate compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to review the work of junior team members and ensure accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professional integrity.
Qualification
- CA – Inter / Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Candidates who have completed both groups of CA Intermediate and have relevant practical experience will be preferred.
- Prior experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, finance department, or handling multiple clients will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
