Job Title: Marketing Manager (IMW) - Martech / B2G Marketing specialist
Job location: Delhi
Key responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Assist the Director – Business Development in developing and optimizing marketing strategies aligned with exhibition objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and advertising.
- Support sales teams with market insights, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Brand & Budget Management
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, customer experience (CX), and communication across all marketing platforms and collaterals.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Track campaign performance through KPIs, generate reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
Government Sector Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives targeting Government departments, Ministries, PSUs, and public sector organizations.
- Design campaigns aligned with government priorities, policies, and initiatives.
- Create marketing content including whitepapers, case studies, policy briefs, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with government agencies, PSUs, ministries, and industry associations for joint marketing initiatives.
Event & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and oversee on-site execution of exhibitions and events.
- Manage high-value visitors, buyers, VIPs, media representatives, association leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Participate in and promote government events, summits, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, systems, compliance standards, and government communication guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Projects, Operations, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC/CPC, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with customer data platforms, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and campaign orchestration tools.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, customer behavior, and campaign data.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and adapt to evolving technologies and trends.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
- Experience in exhibitions, B2B marketing, events, government sector marketing, or public sector engagement will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
