Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of Academic Counsellors/Business Development Associates. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in EdTech sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong track record of achieving admission and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–15 Academic Counsellors.
- Assign daily leads and monitor follow-ups through CRM.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, and productivity.
- Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and role-play activities.
- Support the team in handling objections and closing high-value admissions.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and sales process compliance.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for lead management.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in EdTech Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
