Salary: ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for an experienced and professional General Manager to oversee the complete operations of our 300+ seater bar and restaurant located at Nadergul, Hyderabad.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Bar/Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
- Experience in handling large-scale bar and restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and retain staff.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in handling daily sales reports, stock audits, customer service, and operational controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day management of bar and restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise service staff, kitchen staff, and support teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze kitchen costs, food costs, wastage, and profitability.
- Maintain inventory, liquor stock control, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with all operational and hygiene standards.
- Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
