About the Role
Lead, coach and motivate Field Sales Executives while ensuring quality merchant
acquisition and daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Field Sales Executives.
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate territories.
- Support field visits and merchant meetings.
- Train team on sales pitch and objection handling.
- Monitor CRM updates and daily reporting.
- Ensure discipline, productivity and target achievement.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager.
Individual & Team KPIs
- Individual Target (During Probation): Assigned by Management.
- Team Target: Achieve monthly merchant onboarding goals and improve conversion
ratios.
Probation Performance Requirement
During the probation period, the Team Leader will be required to achieve assigned
individual business targets alongside team management responsibilities. Confirmation
of employment shall be based on overall performance, leadership capability, business
contribution, target achievement, reporting compliance and adherence to company
policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
