ABOUT THE ROLE
Angroos is looking for a tech-savvy, organised E-commerce Operations Manager to manage daily online store operations—from product listings and order processing to shipment coordination and dispatch. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, product content and e-commerce workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, prices, categories and product variations.
- Process orders, verify customer and delivery details, and maintain accurate order records.
- Coordinate packing, shipping, courier pickups and timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, returns, cancellations and order-related issues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock availability with internal teams.
- Manage store settings, shipping options, offers and other operational configurations.
- Improve product and category SEO through relevant keywords, clear descriptions, metadata and image alt text.
- Use AI tools to assist with product content, keyword research, customer-response drafts and routine tasks, checking outputs for accuracy.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely order updates.
- Monitor store performance and identify ways to improve the shopping experience and operational efficiency.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online store administration and order management.
- Familiarity with product listings, inventory, shipping and dispatch processes.
- Basic understanding of SEO and AI-powered tools.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email and digital business tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and time management.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, accountability and willingness to learn.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce operations or online store management is preferred.
