Job Summary
The Senior IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, including desktop support, network administration, server maintenance, IT security, business applications, website management, and digital technology initiatives. The role also involves supervising digital marketing technical requirements, managing Zoho Workplace, and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations across all branches.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Desktop & End User Support
- Provide first and second-level technical support to all employees.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Install and update licensed software and applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records.
2. Network Administration
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Install and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISP) for service-related issues.
- Ensure network security and availability.
3. Server Administration & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
- Monitor server health, uptime, storage, and performance.
- Perform scheduled server maintenance and software updates.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file-sharing services.
- Monitor backups and disaster recovery procedures.
4. IT Security
- Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall security.
- Monitor cybersecurity threats and system vulnerabilities.
- Implement password policies and access control.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company IT policies.
- Conduct periodic security audits and user awareness programs.
5. Zoho Workplace Administration
- Manage Zoho Workplace user accounts and permissions.
- Configure company email accounts and groups.
- Troubleshoot email-related issues.
- Manage Zoho Drive, WorkDrive, Calendar, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure data backup and security within the Zoho environment.
6. Website Management
- Maintain the company's official website.
- Coordinate website updates, content changes, and security patches.
- Monitor website performance and uptime.
- Liaise with developers or hosting providers when required.
- Ensure website backup and domain renewals.
7. Digital Marketing Support
- Provide technical support for digital marketing activities.
- Supervise website integration with marketing platforms.
- Assist in SEO implementation and website optimization.
- Coordinate with marketing vendors for technical requirements.
- Support social media tools, landing pages, and online campaigns.
8. System Administration
- Create and manage employee User IDs and access rights.
- Configure attendance systems and business applications.
- Manage printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain software licenses and IT documentation.
- Support ERP, finance, and business applications.
9. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with hardware, software, and networking vendors.
- Obtain quotations and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Ensure timely servicing and warranty claims.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
10. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain IT asset register.
- Prepare system maintenance reports.
- Document network diagrams and server configurations.
- Maintain software license records.
- Prepare monthly IT performance reports.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support, Networking, Server Administration, and IT Operations.
- Experience in managing Zoho Workplace, websites, and business applications is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
