Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients. The Sales Executive will work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
