Job Summary
The AVP – Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing channel partners, leading sales teams, and achieving revenue targets for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales and achieve assigned targets.
Manage and expand channel networks.
Lead and mentor sales teams for higher productivity.
Monitor sales pipelines, customer conversions, and market trends.
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation.
Prepare sales and performance reports.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA with 7–12 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven experience in sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills are important.
Good network with channel partners and brokers preferred.
Target-driven with strong communication abilities.
Compensation
Best in Industry + Incentives.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
