· Outbound Calling & Follow-up Handling
· CRM / Tracker Update Knowledge
· Professional Calling Etiquette
· Ability to Handle professional Calls in English & Hindi (Both)
· Accurate Data Verification & Reporting
· Immediate Joiners Preferred

· Stable Wi-Fi Connection
· Headset with Proper Microphone
· Quiet Working Environment
Quality Standards
· Accurate and complete data entry in CRM/tracker
· Strictly avoid duplicate or incorrect verifications
· Maintain professional and respectful communication on all calls
· Proper remarks and status updates after every interaction
Reporting & Compliance
· Daily EOD report submission before 9:00 PM
· All trackers/sheets to be updated accurately and on time
· Productivity and quality will be monitored daily
Important Notes
· Strict adherence to KRAs is mandatory
· Any continuous underperformance or non-compliance may lead to immediate replacement
· Immediate joiners will be preferred
