Customer Support Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support through chat and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through chat support.
- Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in support operations, logistics, or related domains.
✔ B2–C1 level English proficiency with excellent written communication skills.
✔ Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy.
✔ Ability to manage 3+ concurrent chat conversations effectively.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
✔ Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
