We are seeking motivated and results-driven candidate for Sales Trainees to join our dynamic team. This role offers comprehensive exposure to the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, with mentorship from experienced sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce REVE Chat solutions and generate qualified interest
- Design and send personalized email campaigns with strategic follow-up sequences to nurture potential leads
- Execute direct message (DM) outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and other professional digital channels
- Build targeted prospect lists through research on companies, industries, and key decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and assess fit for REVE Chat solutions
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, lead status, and interactions in CRM or tracking tools
- Identify automation and customer engagement gaps in prospect businesses during conversations
- Align REVE Chat solutions (Live Chat, Chatbot, AI Agent, WhatsApp, etc.) to specific business challenges and requirements
- Personalize outreach messaging based on industry-specific use cases across sectors including eCommerce, EdTech, BFSI, Healthcare, and SaaS
- Actively support sales campaigns, promotional initiatives, and product launch activities
- Provide regular reports on outreach performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and pipeline development
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to share valuable market feedback, common objections, and feature requests gathered from prospects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
- Currently completed or result awaited Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn
Preferred Candidate
- Understanding of SaaS products and customer engagement technologies
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social selling techniques
- Should have owned laptop for work
