Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy
- Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescription medications
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy laws
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate medication ordering
- Implement quality assurance and safety procedures
- Handle insurance claims and resolve billing issues
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality standards
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Train and evaluate pharmacy staff performance
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D)
- Valid pharmacist license/registration
- Proven experience in retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy management
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication safety
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software

Experience
- 3–7 years of pharmacy experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
