Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area, handle visitors, coordinate communications, and provide administrative support to various departments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests professionally.
- Manage the reception area and ensure a pleasant office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Manage inward and outward courier, dispatch, and document tracking.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and office documentation.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, and other departments for administrative requirements.
- Assist in employee onboarding formalities and document collection.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Office Management
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement of stationery and consumables.
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping staff.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and training programs.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma in Administration or Office Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Professional appearance and positive personality.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional office environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
