Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Executive to coordinate and support solar energy projects from inquiry stage to project completion. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions, documentation, and project follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project-related documents.
- Coordinate subsidy applications, bank loan processes, and approval procedures.
- Follow up on customer payments and project milestones.
- Coordinate with site engineers regarding installation progress and project completion.
- Liaise with finance and procurement teams for invoicing and documentation.
- Maintain project records, customer databases, and status reports.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.Voc in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in solar, electrical, project coordination, or related industries.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
- Knowledge of solar project processes, approvals, and documentation will be an added advantage.
