Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and other branding materials.
- Create logos, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional assets.
- Develop engaging creatives using both traditional design techniques and AI-powered design tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to produce visually compelling designs that align with brand identity.
- Edit, retouch, and optimize images for both digital and print platforms.
- Generate AI-assisted concepts, mockups, and creative assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered within project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI innovations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Microsoft Designer, or similar creative AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce original and engaging visual concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted image generation, background removal, image enhancement, and creative workflow optimization.
- Understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives.
