· Prepare job descriptions (JDs)
· Manage and track job requisitions
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
· Build a strong talent pipeline
· Use innovative sourcing techniques
3. Screening & Shortlisting
· Review resumes and shortlist candidates
· Conduct initial HR screening interviews
· Assess candidate fit (skills, culture, experience)
4. Interview Coordination
· Schedule interviews with hiring managers
· Ensure smooth interview process
· Collect feedback and update candidates
5. Offer Management & Negotiation
· Roll out offer letters
· Handle salary negotiations
· Ensure candidate acceptance and joining
6. Candidate Experience
· Maintain positive communication with candidates
· Ensure a smooth recruitment journey
· Manage candidate queries and expectations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
