Details about the position:
Position – Production Supervisor
Location – Nallasopara East (Factory)
Role Purpose:
Manage daily production operations for mobile accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, power banks, mobile cases, etc.), ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production lines and shop-floor activities.
- Ensure daily production targets are met on time.
- Monitor product quality and reduce defects.
- Manage workforce allocation, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores teams.
- Maintain production records, reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2–7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in electronics or mobile accessories.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, MS Excel.
