About the Role
Fox Curio is hiring for a leading EPC & Consulting company in industrial flooring, working on challenging and innovative projects across India. We seek a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer to oversee daily site activities, ensure timely and quality execution, manage labor, and maintain discipline and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution with quality output
- Coordinate with workers and subcontractors for smooth operations
- Track materials/ machines and ensure site readiness
- Maintain safety, housekeeping, and workforce discipline
- Material coordination
- Report daily progress via mobile tools
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Civil
- 2–4 years' construction/site experience (flooring/civil preferred)
- Strong site management and communication skills
- Hindi, regional language, and basic English
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
