Xynex Learning is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day administrative and technical support tasks, primarily dealing with basic computer applications and data management. Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Create, update, and maintain records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Administrative Support: Assist the team with daily computer-based tasks, documentation, and filing digital reports.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic troubleshooting for common computer hardware, software, or internet connectivity issues.
- Communication: Assist in managing emails, coordinating schedules, and organizing digital files or learning materials.
- Routine Tasks: Perform data entry with high accuracy and speed.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field (B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, or equivalent diplomas are a plus).
- Computer Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of basic computer applications and operations.
- Excel Skills: Familiarity with MS Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas like SUM/AVERAGE, and formatting data).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to enter data accurately without mistakes.
- Language: Good understanding of English and local language (for basic reading and data entry).
- Attributes: Quick learner, disciplined, and a team player.
