Role Overview:
We are looking for an E-commerce Intern who will manage product listings, customer interactions, and operational coordination between buyers and sellers on the platform. The role requires strong communication skills, basic understanding of e-commerce operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listings & Platform Management
- Create and manage product listings on the website/app.
- Ensure product details, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate.
- Maintain organized and updated product catalogues.
2. Customer Communication
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Provide timely responses to buyers and sellers regarding product details, orders, and platform usage.
- Assist customers in resolving issues or concerns.
3. Buyer & Seller Coordination
- Coordinate between buyers and sellers for smooth transactions.
- Follow up on order confirmations, deliveries, and product availability.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the purchase process.
4. Operational Support
- Assist in day-to-day marketplace operations.
- Maintain records of customer queries and order updates.
- Work with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of transactions.
Key Requirements
1. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Comfortable handling customer conversations and support queries
4. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
