Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM Executive with experience in CRM software handling and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, tracking orders, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments throughout the blouse production process.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience handling CRM systems in a customer-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Handle customer details, measurements, order history, trial updates, and delivery status through CRM software.
- Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
- Track customer inquiries, follow-ups, and pending approvals.
Order Coordination
- Coordinate with Fashion Advisors, Tailoring Team, Embroidery Team, and Production Team regarding customer orders.
- Monitor blouse order stages including design confirmation, measurement verification, embroidery progress, trial, alterations, and delivery.
- Ensure all order updates are properly entered in the CRM software.
Customer Communication
- Contact customers regarding appointments, trials, alterations, pending approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely updates.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up & Reporting
- Follow up on pending customer responses and delayed orders.
- Generate CRM reports for management regarding order status, customer feedback, and pending tasks.
- Support the team in improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with sales and production departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist management in maintaining customer service standards and workflow tracking.
Required Skills
- Experience in CRM software handling is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in boutique, fashion, tailoring, bridal wear, or customized clothing industry is preferred.
- Experience in handling customer order tracking and production coordination will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Minimum 2–5 years of CRM or customer coordination experience preferred.
