AR Analyst – Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented AR Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Job Responsibilities:
>Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for medical claims.
>Review and resolve denied or unpaid claims.
>Work on insurance portals and follow up with payers.
>Analyze EOBs and take necessary actions.
>Ensure timely claim resolution and payment collection.
>Identify billing issues and coordinate with internal teams.
>Maintain productivity and quality targets.
>Document claim status and follow-up details accurately.
Required Skills :
>Good knowledge of Medical Billing and AR process.
>Experience in denial management and claim follow-up.
>Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
>Good communication and analytical skills.
>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing preferred.
