- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage sales of commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, tippers, trailers, and fleet vehicles.
- Build strong relationships with fleet owners, transport companies, logistics firms, contractors, and corporate customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle loans and documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Organize customer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with production or dealership operations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Handle key accounts and large fleet sales.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
