About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Business Development Associate with proven B2C sales experience. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and converting leads.
The charter for this role will include:
● Generate direct revenue through high-quality B2C consultative sales.
● Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
● Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; follow up proactively and drive conversions.
● Build rapport and trust with students and parents to understand their goals and recommend the right services
Ideal Persona :
● Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience (EdTech preferred but not required).
● Proven experience in selling and revenue generation with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
● Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
● Experience in EdTech or similar high-velocity B2C environments.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
● Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
