Location: South Delhi
Role Objective: To manage the analytical backbone of the quality department through meticulous data collection, sensory evaluation, and laboratory testing oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Manage the Quality MIS, including data collection from various testing phases and generating actionable insights.

Sensory & Lab Testing: Conduct and supervise sensory evaluations and analytical lab testing to ensure product consistency.

Quality Support: Assist the QA team in routine quality control checks and assurance documentation.

Analysis: Provide trend analysis on raw material and finished goods quality.
Candidate Profile:

Education: B.Tech/ M.Sc or Diploma in Food Technology

Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel/Data tools, and understanding of food lab equipment.
