Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for commercial real estate projects
Lead generation and client acquisition
Conduct client meetings, site visits & negotiations
Manage sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
Build channel partner and broker network
Handle deal closures and customer relationship management
Required Skills:
- Strong real estate sales experience (Commercial Projects)
- Negotiation & closing skills
- Team handling and leadership ability
- Excellent communication & client management skills
- Market knowledge of commercial property sales
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
