Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the material planning based on customer daily requirements
- Knowledge in ERP/SAP.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Responsible of Material planning & delivery the material on time.
- Responsible & accountability of inventory counts, Receipt, inward & outward.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Responsible of internal operations.
- Create & Maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
- Manage the transporters & truck drivers.
- Responsible & manage our internal team member work operations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
