Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background to ensure the smooth, safe, and reliable operation of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
- Monitor equipment performance and improve machine reliability and availability.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize machine downtime.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Manage maintenance-related spare parts and ensure their availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of machinery and utilities.
- Analyze breakdown trends and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial machinery.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good team handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10+ Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering
Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing/engineering plant with hands-on exposure to plant maintenance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
