We are urgently looking for Site Supervisor Burhar, Shahdol District Madhya pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members.
* Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
* Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback.
* Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
* Assign tasks and manage workforce scheduling.
* Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
* Resolve employee and operational issues promptly.
* Train and onboard new employees.
* Prepare and submit operational reports.
* Communicate company objectives, policies, and updates to staff.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or a related field (preferred).
* 2-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication Skill and interpersonal abilities.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
