Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Cleanroom and HVAC systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, compliance with industry standards, and client satisfaction through timely service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Cleanroom and HVAC systems.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of AHUs, Chillers, Ducting, and ventilation systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanroom parameters such as temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and air changes.
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC and cleanroom equipment.
- Conducting performance testing and validation support for cleanroom systems.
- Preparing service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
- Coordinating with clients for service schedules and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies at project sites.
- Supporting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
- Coordinating with vendors for spare parts procurement when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 Years of experience in Cleanroom and HVAC installation & maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC components, air balancing, ducting, and cleanroom classifications.
- Basic understanding of electrical panels and control systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO cleanroom standards preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
