We are hiring Hotel Management Staff for a reputed hotel in Nagercoil. Candidates should have knowledge of housekeeping operations, bed making, room cleaning, guest room preparation, and maintaining hotel cleanliness standards. The role requires attention to detail, cleanliness, and a commitment to providing a comfortable experience for guests.
Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Perform bed making, linen changing, and room arrangement as per hotel standards.
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in.
- Handle linen and laundry coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction through quality housekeeping services.
Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or hospitality is preferred.
- Freshers with basic housekeeping knowledge can also apply.
- Knowledge of bed making, room setup, and cleaning procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
