2. Corporate Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for employee offerings.
- Pitch B2E solutions to HR, L&D, and leadership teams.
- Build strong B2B partnerships with organizations.
KPIs:
- Number of new corporate accounts signed
- Conversion rate from leads to signed corporate clients
- Corporate pipeline value
3. Employee Enrollment & Adoption
- Drive employee registrations/enrollments in the corporate program.
- Conduct awareness sessions, webinars, and onboarding campaigns.
- Coordinate with HR to maximize employee participation.
KPIs:
- Employee enrollment numbers
- Participation rate (%)
- Event/webinar attendance
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with HR teams and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication between company and employees.
- Handle escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
KPIs:
- Client retention rate
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) / satisfaction score
- Renewal rate of corporate contracts
5. Sales Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain sales pipeline in CRM.
- Forecast sales and track progress toward targets.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

- Pipeline coverage ratio
- Forecast accuracy
- CRM data quality
6. Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Introduce additional services/products to existing corporate clients.
- Expand programs to multiple departments or locations.

- Revenue from upsell/cross-sell

7. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze corporate employee benefit trends.
- Track competitors in B2E space.
- Suggest improvements to offerings and sales strategy.
Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
