Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and optimize high-performing email campaigns that drive leads, revenue, and ROI. The ideal candidate has strong HTML email development skills, understands domain and deliverability best practices, and is comfortable owning performance metrics end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, automations, and drip sequences
- Create responsive, cross-client compatible HTML email templates
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve engagement
- Manage campaign calendars and deployment schedules
HTML Email Development
- Hand-code and optimize HTML/CSS email templates
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.)
- Troubleshoot rendering issues across email clients
- Maintain reusable email template libraries
Deliverability & Domain Health
- Monitor and maintain sender reputation and domain health
- Configure and manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Manage email warm-up, list hygiene, and suppression practices
- Monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, and inbox placement
- Work with ESPs to resolve deliverability issues
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
- Build and optimize email funnels to generate qualified leads
- Execute A/B tests to improve open rate, CTR, conversion, and revenue
- Collaborate with growth and sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals
- Track and report on email-attributed revenue and ROI
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Build dashboards and regular performance reports
- Continuously optimize subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation
- Maintain database health and growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML and inline CSS for email
- Solid understanding of email deliverability and domain authentication
- Experience with list segmentation and marketing automation
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR compliance
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
