We are looking for skilled and dedicated Technicians and Senior Technicians to join our Maintenance Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and equipment, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues.
- Maintain maintenance records and complete assigned work orders.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related trade.
- Experience in building, hotel, or facility maintenance is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or HVAC maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
