About NoLabels
NoLabels is a premium women's western wear brand with retail stores in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Amritsar, along with a growing online presence. We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and performance-driven Social Media Executive who can create engaging content, leverage AI tools, and drive brand growth through social media and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, static posts, and campaign creatives.
- Coordinate photoshoots and stay updated with the latest social media trends.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and sales.
AI-Powered Creative Development
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- Create AI-generated posts, banners, promotional creatives, videos, product mockups, and lifestyle visuals.
- Explore and implement new AI tools to enhance creativity, quality, and content output.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROAS.
- Execute paid campaigns for launches, promotions, and seasonal sales.
Website & Campaign Management
- Manage website banners, product listings, landing pages, and promotional updates.
- Coordinate website updates for campaigns, launches, and offers.
- Ensure the website is visually appealing and optimized for conversions.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with relevant fashion and lifestyle influencers.
- Manage outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and maintain collaboration reports..
Requirements
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Instagram content strategy and short-form video creation.
- Experience using AI tools for creative generation.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Good to Have
- Experience with fashion, retail, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, photography, or video production.
